I got home late last night from the Winona School for Professional Photographers where Thom rouse and I were co-teaching a class called The Art of the Portrait. For three and half days we covered topics from inspiration, motivation, the creative process as well as Photoshop technique and a whole lot of other things.
In our talks about inspiration and process, and in our class discussions, books, movies and other streamable sources were mentioned, and I said I'd compile a list and send it out. I thought I'd post it here, too, since we had similar discussions in our Barcelona Creative Retreat last month.
